Fishing report September 17 - 23

Pictured is a beautiful 30 inch walleye caught by Duck Bay guide Jimmy Van Gorp.

Our week starts out with windy days; daytime temperatures are in the 60's and overnight temperatures are in the 50's. A big change from last week when temperatures were getting into the 80's!

Walleyes and muskies have been particularly active in the past few days. Guests are having no trouble limiting out on walleyes, and guests are raising muskies while bass or walleye fishing. Some of this weeks nice catches are:

Jack Blissenbach (Woodbury, MN), 25 and 19 inch walleyes and 18 ½ inch smallmouth bass

Ben Hanson (Woodbury, MN), a 17 ½ inch walleye

Tom Blissenbach (Woodbury, MN), a 21 inch walleye

Aaron Hultquist (Belle Plaine, IA), two 21 inch walleyes

Jonathan Graham (Brooklyn, NY), a 19 ½ inch walleye
