As Duck Bay is only open during the short summer season, and space is limited to twenty-six guests at any one time, we recommend booking early. Please be sure to reserve the exact dates of your stay and number of people in your party. There are no refunds for early departures or reductions in party size.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of $300 per person is required within 14 days of booking your trip. Payments may be made in cash, travelers cheques, personal cheques, Visa or MasterCard. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% surcharge. Cancellations with 90 days notice will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate.
Once your reservation is made and your deposit paid, you'll receive our trip planning package. It confirms the dates of your trip and the details we discuss at the time of reservation. Other information such as suggestions on what to pack, crossing the border, recommended tackle, how to reach us and much more will all be included.
Arrival & departure times
As we need time to prepare your cabin and equipment, please plan to arrive after 2:30 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. Early arrivals and late departures will be charged a half day rate of $100 per person.
