Kerry Taylor

Hey y'all, my name is Kerry Taylor. I began fishing on the Pickerel River, near Sudbury, Ontario, where my grandfather had a lodge. All summer, every summer, we fished and built cabins and docks with the trees we cut out of the bush and milled at our own sawmill.

I started guiding at the age of 9 and have been doing it ever since. Since moving on from the family lodge, I've worked at several 5-star lodges and am very happy to say that I'll be guiding out of Duck Bay Lodge for the 2018 season and the seasons to come.

I pride myself on being knowledgeable of all the fish species we aspire to catch. From muskie to crappie, that all have their exciting times, and yield long lasting memories for families, friends and strangers who will find themselves bonding over the picturesque landscapes, amazing fishing and wonderful show lunches provided by your truly.

There is no request too large. I love preparing 5-star meals on shore in a timely fashion as I've been doing it for many years and have definitely perfected. I'm always adding to the menu as I love trying new things.

I'm very much looking forward to meeting all of you this upcoming season and making some long lasting friendships and memories. See ya on the water!
