Cooking classes
On our recent vacation we took a cooking class. Here is Chef Alberto teaching Dave how to make Crema Catalana, which is the Spanish version of Creme Brûlée. So next summer, make sure you ask Dave when he is going to be whipping up a batch for dessert!
