Fishing report August 13 - 19

Nice summer weather continues with daytime temperatures in the 70's. There is a hint of fall in the air as overnight temperatures are dropping into the 60's and even the 50's.
Guide report: Walleyes are in 25 - 30 feet of water and being caught with lead colored jigs or pink jigs. Pike are in deep weed beds in 10 - 15 feet of water; best baits are white spinner baits or stick baits. Muskies are on rock piles and being caught with medium size buck tails.
