Fishing report June 8 - 14

Guide report: walleyes are in 20 - 30 feet of water, pink, white/pink and white/blue jigs are working well. Bass are not yet on their beds and are being found randomly - some in cold water, some in warmer water, no real pattern; crawfish colored crank baits are producing. Pike are in 4 feet of water in fresh cabbage, about 1/2 way up; small - medium spinners are working. The water temperature is 70 degrees.
As is typical with June, guests are reporting catching a lot of walleyes. Some of this weeks' nice catches are:
Alan & Jerry Guthke (Elburn, IL) along with guide Kerry caught over 60 walleyes in one day including a 25 inch (caught by Alan) and a 28 inch (caught by guide Kerry)
Alexandria Golz (Aberdeen, SD), a 24 inch walleye
Craig Golz (Aberdeen, SD), a 37 inch northern
Nick Golz (Aberdeen, SD), 25, 23 and 21 inch walleyes
Paige Walzer (Lodi, WI), a 23 inch walleye
Gary Olson (Mitchellville, IA), a 36 inch northern
Matt Catton (Maple Grove, MN), a 33 ½ inch northern
John Lohmiller (Crosslake, MN), a 22 ½ inch walleye
Brandon Ware (Double Oak, TX), a 34 inch northern and 19 inch smallmouth
David Erdahl (Pine Island, MN), a 25 inch walleye
Bryan Ware (Double Oak, TX), a 32 inch northern
