I have attached two pictures of the two 24 inch walleye I caught while staying at Duck Bay Lodge.  Not only did I catch at lot of walleye during my three days of fishing, but I consistantly caught larger walleye every day than I have ever caught in my life. I even hooked a large muskie on a jig and although I eventually lost it, it gave me about 20 minutes of total excitement. I also was able to eat some of the walleye I caught when we had shore lunch. Our guide (Terry) was a fabulous guide and cook who made the experience that much greater. I can't wait till next year when I will be back to experience the great fishing, lodge accommodations, service, food and most of all the hospitality both of you provided.

This trip I managed to catch my biggest muskie - 48 ½ inches. We raised over 30 muskies and had several strikes including one that jumped 4 feet out of the water on our last morning. As usual, the food was great (more than we could eat) and the service was fantastic.

I caught this muskie with a ¼ ounce jig on 8 pound test line with no wire leader. I worked that jig and minnow so well that the muskie couldn’t refuse. And I caught a 34 inch northern the next day on the same jig in the exact same place! Now that’s an expert fisherman. One of the best trips we’ve had since our first trip here in 1995. Fishing and service were excellent.

I just wanted to drop you all a note to thank you so very much for your wonderful hospitality and the way you made our trip absolutely great. Your facilities are wonderful and the care and the service you offer are superb. I would like to express my grateful appreciation and thank you for taking such good care of us.

I have come to think of you all as friends and that our friendship will continue through the coming years. I gained three pounds on the trip because of your fantastic cooking. Again, THANK YOU!!
